'Slice & Dice Pizzeria started from a humble vision: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizzeria was a quaint, family-oriented business, boasting recipes passed down for generations.
The founder, Marco Bianchi, mastered the art of pizza craftsmanship during her explorations across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the pizza's birthplace. She returned to the UK driven by the goal of replicating the cherished experience of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to the tried-and-true methods and using only the best ingredients.
Our small 12-seat pizzeria has developed into a cherished neighborhood emblem, yet our dedication to premium quality and genuine tradition has remained consistent. We remain true to the original wood-fire oven baking style, daily crafting our dough from scratch, and sourcing the best-quality ingredients available.
'Slice & Dice Pizzeria' continues to be family-run, now with the Bianchi family's second generation at the helm of our passionate crew. While we have welcomed modern enhancements, the essence of our venture – crafting delightful, genuine pizza that unites people – persists.
